About Us

Adelaide Chamber Players was founded in 2007 featuring Adelaide’s finest young musiciansfrom the Symphony Orchestra as well as the city’s best chamberensembles. The players share a passion for music making andfor communicating the invigorating and exciting music that hasbeen written for chamber orchestra over the centuries. Since itsinception, ACP has performed Vivaldi’s Four Seasons with YoungSouth Australian of the year, violinist Niki Vasilakis and has beeninvited to perform in Adelaide Festival Centre’s Sunday SpectrumSeries and for the Adelaide International Cello Festival’s BoccheriniConcerto Marathon.
